Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns or exchanges only for defective or damaged products. To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Return Process: Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate the return process. We may require proof of damage or defect before processing the return.
Refunds: Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged products. We do not offer refunds for products that have been opened or used. Refunds will be made via Cash on Delivery (COD) during the return process.
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect product received).
Non-Returnable Items: Products marked as non-returnable or final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
